- Orders for Schindelhauer bikes will ship direct from Germany with DHL, and will arrive in 7-10 business days on average. All other orders, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail from our logistic center in Southern California, and will usually arrive in 2-3 business days. International shipments, will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International, which will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Most orders will ship within 2 business days. If special shipping is necessary to complete an order, it will be agreed upon by email.

- Returns & Replacements
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original condition and product packaging. After the product is received and reviewed you will receive your refund.
